Free 15-minute consultations can be booked through our online scheduling system. We ask that you confirm your appointment and notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Missed appointments without prior notice may affect future bookings and service eligibility.

All payments for products and services are due at the time of service or purchase. Pricing may vary based on specific service or product needs.Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are not offered on hair extensions or customized items unless a defect is present.
